This was an observational study, which recruited 30 healthy consenting participants
based on specific inclusion (Males or females 18-65 years; intact functional motion;
no dominant-arm pain or numbness; and English-speaking capacity) and exclusion (wrist
trauma in last 6 months, blindness, and impaired cognition) criteria. Participants
were visually screened for functional motion (≥ 40° wrist flexion and extension, finger-tips
to the palm).
